🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Project Manager in project execution and coordination.
• Manage subcontractor pricing, coordination, and relationships.
• Use AutoCAD for casting bed and crane layout.
• Oversee crane operations scheduling and communication with superintendent.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of construction field engineer or assistant project manager experience.
• Experience in a heavy civil self-performing contractor.
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in guiding and developing teams.
