You'll own the end-to-end delivery experience for customer special projects at a healthcare data platform provider. You'll coordinate internal teams, manage customer stakeholders, and ensure each engagement lands on time, on scope, and with measurable value. This senior individual contributor role offers the chance to build the playbook for how implementation and delivery scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of customer projects.
• Serve as primary customer-facing point of contact for engagements.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and data teams to keep projects on track.
• Anticipate and manage risks proactively, escalating appropriately.

📋 Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in professional services or implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record of managing complex technical software implementations end to end.
• Experience serving healthcare, pharma, or life sciences clients.
• Comfortable operating in technical environments with engineers and data teams.

• Familiarity with forward-deployed or embedded engineering models.
