Description

You will oversee day-to-day operations in a Carvana Inspection Center, managing a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role involves mentoring leads, ensuring quality and production targets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports and succession planning
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Maintain supervisory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
