You'll deliver exceptional support to customers using Vanilla's AI-powered estate planning platform. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and help scale the support experience. You'll collaborate across teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Product.

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers of all sizes
  • Identify, respond, and resolve customer issues and questions
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing customer happiness
  • Evaluate issue criticality and escalate to senior management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Support experience
  • Experience supporting customers in SaaS platforms
  • Proven results in driving positive customer experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce Service Cloud, JIRA, and Slack

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services or wealth management
  • Customer service certification
