You'll deliver exceptional support to customers using Vanilla's AI-powered estate planning platform. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and help scale the support experience. You'll collaborate across teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Product.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional service to customers of all sizes
- Identify, respond, and resolve customer issues and questions
- Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing customer happiness
- Evaluate issue criticality and escalate to senior management
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Support experience
- Experience supporting customers in SaaS platforms
- Proven results in driving positive customer experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce Service Cloud, JIRA, and Slack

- Experience in financial services or wealth management
- Customer service certification
