💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, and communication skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and record progress using data collection systems. This role offers paid training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in data collection system
• Assist with BCBA assessments and session notes

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• RBT/CBT certification or obtain within 60 days

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree
• Current RBT/CBT certification
• CPR/BLS certification
