You'll dive into all operational aspects of Picnic's Fulfilment Centers during a two-year Fast Track to Leadership program. You'll supervise 100+ people, lead improvement projects, and gain international experience to step into an Operations Manager role. This program offers a unique blend of hands-on leadership and strategic project ownership in an innovative scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Rotate through leadership roles in Fulfilment Centers
• Lead improvement projects using floor insights and analytics
• Supervise 100+ team members per day
• Manage large supply chain projects like optimizing purchase orders

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree with interest in logistics and supply chain
• 0-2 years of full-time work experience
• Leadership experience from board year, committee, or voluntary projects
• Fluent in English
