🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive ML strategy for safety and policy enforcement systems.
• Build and scale ML systems for detection and risk assessment across content.

• Collaborate with product, policy, and trust & safety teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production-grade ML systems at scale.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with ML systems influencing real-world decisions.
• Understanding of system design balancing automation and safety.
