🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical enablement strategy for OpenAI products
• Lead customer training across onboarding to expansion
• Design and deliver enterprise onboarding and workshops
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of AI Deployment Managers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical enablement
• 2+ years leading technical customer-facing teams
• Strong technical depth in APIs, coding, and AI systems
• Experience leading technical trainings for enterprise customers
