You'll act as a trusted recruitment partner for Business & Operations leaders in a European HR team, translating their challenges into effective hiring strategies. You'll drive end-to-end recruitment for key roles, champion quality standards, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This hybrid role allows 2 days of remote work per week at a leading European e-commerce company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as trusted recruitment partner for business leaders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles.
• Coach and mentor recruiters across Europe.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience as a recruiter in agency and in-house.
• Experience managing direct or indirect teams.
• Proven ability to recruit and assess B2B sales profiles.
• Fluent English mandatory; Spanish a plus.
