You'll post payments and adjustments to patient accounts using EOBs and ERAs. You'll ensure daily balancing and resolution of payment gaps. This role requires expertise in payer portals like Availity and Change Healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts.
• Retrieve remittance data from payer portals like Availity.
• Balance daily transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve ERA gaps with payers.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years medical billing or payment posting experience.
• Experience navigating major payer portals for remittance.
• Proficiency with medical billing software and EHR systems.
• Knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, CPT, and ICD-10 codes.

• Credit balance resolution and refund processing experience.
• Expert-level data entry speed and accuracy.
