Description

You will test, calibrate, and troubleshoot a variety of test and measurement instruments at customer sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role involves frequent travel and direct client interaction, with a focus on delivering excellent service and maintaining calibration records.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations with frequent overnight, out-of-state travel, Monday through Friday, up to 80% of the year
• At least two years of experience in a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods, and techniques in metrology gained through education or professional experience (preferred)
• Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment (preferred)
• Associate's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites
• Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation
• Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Work directly with the client throughout the calibration process, including good communication to provide updates
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
