Description

You will partner with the Media Supervisor to shape paid social strategy, lead client conversations, and own daily campaign management. You'll turn data into actionable recommendations, collaborate with creative teams to improve performance, and drive growth across multiple paid media channels.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience primarily in Paid Social
• Required platform expertise: Meta Ads; LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit ads preferred
• Experience managing paid media budgets above $100k per month
• Confident ability to communicate with and convince clients
• Experience in full project ownership from strategy briefs to campaign deployment and reporting

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of designated paid media accounts
• Meet pacing and KPI requirements for accounts
• Identify client goals, priorities, and efficiency requirements
• Function as primary point of contact for owned accounts internally and externally
• Design and deploy tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly cadence
