As a Senior Software Engineer at Netcracker, you will lead the design and development of robust software solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide the implementation of scalable backend applications. You will mentor junior engineers, review code, and promote best practices using Agile, Java, Spring, and modern technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years enterprise development experience
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, SQL, Oracle Database, PL/SQL
• Experience with GWT, Spring Cache, REST/SOAP APIs, Docker, RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Experience in supervising teams of IT professionals

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects and support software source code and configurations
• Analyze functional requirements and translate into implementation tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and operational issues
• Provide post-production support and manage change requests
• Mentor and train new team members, perform code reviews
