Description

You will start in the Solutions Engineering Academy, mastering product knowledge and sales techniques, then support the Commercial sales team on small deals. Your role involves conducting demonstrations, matching customer needs to technical solutions, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 0-1 years of professional experience
• Strong desire to quickly learn complex SaaS and hardware solutions
• Excellent communication skills, explaining complex technical concepts clearly
• Interest in Transportation Logistics industry is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Solutions Engineering Academy bootcamp to master product knowledge and sales methodologies
• Shadow and support the Commercial sales team on discovery calls and technical discussions
• Conduct internal practice demonstrations of Motive's product, highlighting AI and ML capabilities
• Develop expertise in Motive's integrated platform including IoT hardware and cloud data aggregation
• Collaborate with Product Team to provide field feedback and assist with new feature training
