Description

You will be the go-to technical resource for partners, helping them design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform. You'll deliver technical enablement sessions, support JavaScript development and integrations, and collaborate with internal teams to align on best practices.

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills
• Experience with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations
• Practical experience with context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for webchat embedding and xApps
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Enabling partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using Cognigy
• Delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs
• Supporting API usage and integrations for AI Agent implementations
• Assisting partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic
• Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services on technical standards
