You'll serve as the operational backbone for Peloton's consumer sales organization, providing real-time support to the field team and driving same-day conversion. You'll independently resolve complex order issues, de-escalate sensitive customer conversations, and analyze sales journeys to identify conversion leaks. This role offers the chance to work remotely while making a direct impact on team performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer real-time questions to support field team needs and drive same day conversion
  • Write and maintain schedules to ensure optimal coverage for sales function
  • Resolve complex order issues including address changes, cancellations, and Stripe payment discrepancies
  • Pivot to active selling during high-volume periods to minimize customer wait times

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support, sales operations, or high-volume retail leadership
  • Strong proficiency in sales behavior analysis and CRM adoption (Salesforce/Stripe preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in customer de-escalation across phone and chat
  • Schedule flexibility including variable nights and weekends
