You'll ship product features fast with real usage and feedback, working directly with founders on core architecture. This role offers significant equity and autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and scale RAG pipelines and agent-based systems
• Fine-tune large language models for data extraction and automation
• Build developer-friendly APIs and interfaces for web automation
• Ship product features fast with real usage and feedback

📋 Requirements

• Full-stack experience with Python/Django or React/TypeScript
• Ability to wear many hats: engineer, product thinker, debugger, owner
• Thrive in fast-moving environments with high autonomy
• Obsessed with AI agents and LLMs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building LLM-based agents or RAG pipelines
• Open-source contributions to AI/ML projects
• Experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, or Redis
