💼 About This Role

You'll join our Payment Gateway (PG) team providing production support and technical operations for high-traffic payment systems. You'll monitor critical systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system stability during peak times.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on production support for payment gateway systems.
• Monitor system health metrics and track KPIs.
• Debug and resolve production incidents, implementing preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Core PG).

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1.5+ years in TechOps or Production Support.
• Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Strong experience with Linux environments and SQL for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Python or Bash scripting for automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Java web services and microservices.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Understanding of GIT and release management.
