🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in retention marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven experience leading and scaling client service teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with data-driven solutions.
• Solid financial acumen managing P&L and GP margins.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Experience in e-commerce account management.
• Based in Southeast Asia for time zone alignment.
