Description

You will lead and mentor a team of software and UI/UX engineers, driving the deployment of data products and user experiences that directly impact health plan capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, data, and product teams to deliver impactful data solutions.

Requirements

• Full-stack development experience with strong UI/UX knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of UI/UX experience.
• Programming experience with React, JavaScript or similar UI/UX technology.
• Experience with AI assisted UI/UX creation and building UI/UX on top of data systems (Streamlit, BI on Databricks/Snowflake).
• Experience with dashboard creation using BI (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Data Lakehouse, ideally Databricks.
• SQL and Python query experience.
• Ability to drive end-to-end UI/UX and system development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong coding and software engineering skills.
• Breadth and depth of software and UI/UX development experience.
• Solid understanding of roles adjacent to software development (product management, project management, etc.).
• Proven record of driving projects to deliver production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Help shape the direction of data solution features in our products.
• Drive deployment of state-of-the-art data products and user experiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data engineers, and product teams.
• Mentor development team members to ensure adherence to architecture strategy and coding standards.
• Participate in software architectural discussions and influence decisions.
• Identify people and process improvement strategies for Agile/Scrum teams.
• Communicate organizational updates and ensure teams adhere to policies.
• Help shape the roadmap and execute its delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Facilitate upward communication around architecture, design, and implementation.
