💼 About This Role

You'll leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to conduct studies that ensure the Xometry user experience supports users and business goals. You'll partner with Design, Product, and Engineering, and report to the UX Research lead, with a dedicated mentor in a high-growth enterprise technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand customer behaviors and pain points.
• Design and execute studies including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights for product and design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to center user needs in development.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 8 to August 14, 2026.
• Ability to commute to office for onsite work at least 3 days a week.
