Description

You will provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments, while collaborating with a supportive medical team. Your work will help expand access to life-saving behavioral health treatment for individuals with complex needs, all from the comfort of home.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing with Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program
• Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis; remote friendly
• Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments
• Educate patients on medications, risks, benefits, and outcome expectations
• Collaborate with support staff for patient communication and follow-up
• Participate in treatment team meetings
• Assist Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks
