💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day finance operations for a leading Australian MSP, maintaining clean books and consistent financial processes. You'll ensure accurate bank reconciliations, invoicing, and cash flow using Profit First methodology. This hybrid role in Colombo offers Australian business hours and a structured work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare invoices and manage Accounts Receivable collections.
• Process payment runs and verify documentation for approval.
• Allocate funds per Profit First methodology for cash flow management.
• Produce monthly financial reports including P&L and cash flow.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Xero
• Strong understanding of GST compliance
• Knowledge of Australian bookkeeping standards

• Experience with an MSP/IT services company
• Familiarity with ConnectWise
• Knowledge of Profit First methodology
