You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at the loudest store in the mall. Your core impact will be ensuring customers find the merch they love through product knowledge and excellent service. You'll share your fandom knowledge while stocking, replenishing, and merchandising the store.

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Customer service and selling skills
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
