Description

You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing automated equipment at Coupang's sub-hub centers. You'll perform daily troubleshooting, preventive inspections, and collaborate with partners to improve equipment quality, directly contributing to the innovation of last-mile logistics operations.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance of automated equipment (conveyors, sorters)
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with partners
• Ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Willingness to develop training programs for engineers

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, diagnosis, and maintenance of automated equipment (conveyors, wheel sorters, tilt sorters, F-RAT, spiral conveyors)
• Analyze root causes and troubleshoot automation equipment failures
• Drive improvement activities through communication with equipment partners
• Conduct weekly and monthly preventive inspections and improvement tasks for automation and utility equipment
• Manage equipment operation and maintenance records and write reports
