Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role involves extensive regional travel and requires a self-directed, motivated approach to ensure reliable operation of critical cooling systems.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required)
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and email communication
• Must reside in Laconia, New Hampshire area

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems: diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing/replacing components
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Responding to service calls, including emergency call outs
• Completing daily work reports accurately and on time
