Description

In this field-based role, you will lead account management and market access execution for Ossium Health's cryopreserved bone marrow platform. You'll engage with bone marrow transplant centers, oversee a team of field account managers, and ensure smooth commercial adoption by aligning operational and reimbursement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in sales, market access, reimbursement, or related field-based roles
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement in hospital/inpatient settings
• Experience with academic medical centers or complex hospital systems
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve sales and market access strategy through field engagement
• Execute regional market access plans aligned with launch strategy
• Engage with transplant center stakeholders including physicians, coordinators, and billing teams
• Lead onboarding of new accounts and oversee commercial contracting
• Hire, train, and manage the Field Accounts team
