Description

As a Home Health Aide, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, allowing them to remain at home while receiving medical care.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide
• Complete a recognized HHA training course and be certified
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation
• Reliable transportation and daytime availability

Responsibilities

• Complete home care visits to clients throughout Hudson County
• Travel to multiple patients daily
• Provide home health aide services as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols
• Use provided PPE supplies
