Description

In this role, you'll operationalize global projects for US and international markets, leveraging your media buying operations knowledge to drive process efficiencies. You'll partner with colleagues to design and optimize workstreams, enforce compliance, and ensure data cleanliness in MediaTools and MediaOcean systems, while managing multiple projects and developing training materials.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years media experience in planning, client management, or digital activation
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookups) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with media systems (MediaTools, MediaOcean) and project management tools (Asana, Workfront) preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop process enhancements for budget management, data compliance, and tool maintenance
  • Design, implement, and optimize workstreams across Media Buying teams
  • Enforce process and timeline compliance via reminders, calendar invites, and Asana updates
  • Ensure data cleanliness in MediaTools and MediaOcean systems through QA and corrections
  • Develop and maintain documentation of optimizations and training materials
