💼 About This Role
You'll lead strategic account management for Lambda's AI cloud infrastructure platform, serving superintelligence customers from AI researchers to enterprises. You'll drive customer uptime, sentiment, and retention while championing their needs internally.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and lead account strategy for AI infrastructure
- Build relationships with stakeholders and executives
- Establish customer health metrics and remediation plans
- Drive onboarding, lifecycle processes, and quarterly reviews
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
- Proven track record driving retention and expansion at enterprise scale
- Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and GPU/AI workloads
- Excellent executive communication skills

- Background in AI hardware, GPU clusters, or HPC
