💼 About This Role

You'll drive agent conversion performance by leveraging data, coaching, and accountability to turn demand into closed deals. You'll work directly with agents and field leadership to strengthen how agents engage, nurture, and convert inbound leads. This role is at the intersection of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach agents on performance data and conversion frameworks.
• Monitor agent metrics and create targeted improvement plans.
• Drive adoption of Compass and partnership tools.
• Identify performance patterns and provide feedback to strategy teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance.
• Deep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflows.
• Proven experience coaching or managing sales professionals.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable using data to drive behavior change.

• Experience with lead generation or CRM tools.
• Background in real estate technology platforms.
