💼 About This Role

You'll join KKR's Legal team in Gurugram, managing entity lifecycle and regulatory filings across APAC, Americas, and EMEA. Your core impact will be ensuring statutory compliance and governance for a global investment firm. The role offers exposure to complex cross-border corporate structures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage corporate entity lifecycle from incorporation to dissolution.
• Handle statutory filings, board meetings, and regulatory submissions.
• Draft and review intra-group agreements like loan and shareholder agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on entity matters.
• Maintain legal entity data and ensure compliance with corporate governance.

📋 Requirements

• Qualified Company Secretary with up to 8 years of experience.
• Expertise in company secretarial functions across APAC, Americas, and EMEA.
• Experience in multinational finance or private equity shared services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance monitoring tools.
