💼 About This Role

You'll support licensed colorists at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar to deliver a seamless guest experience. Your work helps guests find their perfect color while you train for promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling.
• Assist in finishing services and toner applications.
• Contribute to sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the Hair Color Bar.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.
