You will sit at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI, embedded with GTM teams to ship production-grade AI workflows, automating entire job workflows and improving productivity.

Requirements

• Software engineering and AI/ML experience
• Ability to deliver production-grade AI workflows
• Experience with automation and integration pipelines
• Proximity to New York for on-site collaboration

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for multiple AI workflow deployments
• Build and deploy AI agents, workflow automation, and integration pipelines
• Develop MCP servers, sub-agents, retrieval pipelines, and structured extraction templates
• Resolve data readiness, permissions, and system integration blockers
• Collaborate on-site with GTM teams in New York
