You'll build the financial foundation of a startup mapping the ocean floor and lead a team of one internally while managing outsourced accounting. You'll turn complexity into clarity and help drive decisions alongside the CEO and leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own the company's financial operating model
• Own monthly close end-to-end
• Manage inventory and cost accounting across build lifecycle
• Serve as core member of leadership team

📋 Requirements

• 7-12+ years across FP&A and accounting/controllership
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Manufacturing, hardware, or inventory-heavy business experience
• Owned monthly close and financial reporting
