💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 home health care to clients in the Montgomery County area as part of a supportive team. You'll follow care plans, administer medication, and monitor patients' conditions using a touch pad tablet. This role offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Accurately document observations and interventions via tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in PA
• Minimum one year recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
