Description

You will use your STEM expertise to train large language models by conversing on real-world problem-solving scenarios, verifying factual accuracy, capturing error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. Your work will help democratize education and streamline work for engineers and scientists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM discipline
• Published research, engineering design, data analysis, or coding portfolios
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch
• Secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Challenge language models on STEM topics (thermodynamics, mechanics, calculus, etc.)
• Document model failure modes to improve reasoning
• Converse with the model on problem-solving scenarios and theoretical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements
