You'll lead protocol-level engineering for the Polygon PoS network, one of the most used blockchains in Web3. You'll solve deep scalability, latency, and state growth challenges, working with a lean team of 7 to shape the network's future. This role offers direct impact on Ethereum-aligned infrastructure that supports billions in value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design long-term solutions for scalability, latency, and state growth challenges
• Drive architectural decisions across the PoS codebase, including Geth and Cosmos SDK
• Identify and resolve deep protocol issues in consensus and state sync
• Mentor engineers and elevate code quality and best practices

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of backend or protocol engineering experience
• Golang expertise in distributed systems, consensus, or blockchain
• Experience with Ethereum clients (e.g., Geth) or Cosmos-based stacks (Cosmos SDK, CometBFT)
• Proven ability to lead architecture in fast-paced teams
