💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and scale core services powering Xealth’s EHR integrations and clinical workflows using TypeScript, React, and AWS. Your work will directly impact patient engagement and provider efficiency in a mission-driven healthcare startup. This role offers the chance to build a self-optimizing cloud platform while using AI-assisted coding tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop backend services in TypeScript/Node.js
• Deploy microservices in AWS using Kubernetes or ECS
• Build patient engagement services for notifications and tracking
• Develop provider and patient-facing applications with React

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional TypeScript/JavaScript experience
• Strong CS fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Experience designing RESTful or event-driven APIs with Node.js/Nest/Express
• Proficient in building React applications with TypeScript

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a healthcare startup or health data integration platform
• Familiarity with high-throughput messaging platforms
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
