You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, assisting with daily tasks like bathing, eating, and mobility under nurse supervision, while ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Active CNA/STNA certification in Ohio
• Pass state test and be on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transfer residents using proper technique

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Help residents maintain comfort and independence
• Accurately document care provided
• Use proper lift techniques and equipment to transfer residents
