💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full hardware lifecycle for Crusoe's GPU/CPU infrastructure, from prototyping to production. You'll drive deep debugging of PCIe, InfiniBand, and NVMe/storage systems. Your work will directly impact deployment reliability for sustainable, AI-first compute.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive hardware development and sustaining lifecycle from bring-up to production.
  • Develop automation frameworks for hardware testing and diagnostics.
  • Lead deep troubleshooting of PCIe, InfiniBand, and NVMe/storage subsystems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-level issues.

📋 Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in hardware development or sustaining engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise in PCIe, InfiniBand, and NVMe debugging.
  • Proficiency in hardware bring-up and board-level debugging.
  • Experience with automation frameworks (Python, Shell).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with GPU-to-GPU communication architectures for AI/ML.
  • Familiarity with NVLink or next-gen GPU interconnects.
  • Background in ARM and x86 server architectures.
