💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral and social skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. You will receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician and work with extraordinary team members who share a common goal. Your days will be filled with meaning and purpose as you help children be their best selves.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans for children with autism in 1:1 settings
• Record behavioral data using Central Reach on a tablet
• Communicate progress to BCBAs and assist with assessments
• Help with daily activities including meals, bathroom breaks, and diaper changes

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability Monday through Friday
• 18 years old or older

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT or CBT certification
• Child care experience (teaching, counseling, babysitting)
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
