🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor IT systems, applications, and network health.
• Manage computer systems using Addigy and SureMDM.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to help desk tickets via Jira Service Desk.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT operations or systems administration.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with Addigy or SureMDM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Okta administration.

• Experience with help desk ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and conferencing equipment.
