Description

As a Sales Associate at ALO, you will drive store sales by creating authentic connections with guests, educating them on products, and embodying the brand's mission of mindful movement. You'll collaborate with the leadership team to analyze reports, achieve sales goals, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment preferred
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results individually and as a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and move for entire shift
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
