🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and drive ambitious research programs in data-driven decision-making
• Invent new optimization-and-ML methods for planning, scheduling, and routing
• Build high-fidelity simulators and rigorous benchmarks
• Partner with engineers to prototype solutions and implement research ideas

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, or Applied Mathematics (MS/PhD preferred)
• Depth in operations research or mathematical optimization (LP/MIP, CP, stochastic optimization)
• Experience with novel machine learning techniques for Operations Research
• Ability to implement and debug large-scale optimization systems
