🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Product Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and PMs.
• Build outbound pipeline and nurture long-term talent relationships.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to close.
• Lead hiring manager calibration, interview loops, and decision processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years technical recruiting in SaaS.
• Experience recruiting and closing top 1% engineering talent.
• Build deep R&D talent networks long before roles open.
• Thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving, unstructured environment.
