🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive multi-service solutions for employer domain
• Implement robust testing strategies and gradual rollouts
• Resolve and anticipate technical blockers
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of back-end software engineering experience
• Deep experience with Java
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Proven ability to conduct technical analysis for large-scope projects
