💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the right hand to the CEO at Basic Capital, a high-growth fintech building a modern retirement platform. You'll ensure execution infrastructure prevents opportunity loss across fundraising, partnerships, and regulatory workflows. This role offers direct exposure to top-tier investors and industry leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend all major meetings and capture detailed notes and action items
• Drive all follow-ups to ensure every opportunity progresses post-meeting
• Manage CEO inbox to zero through triage, drafting, and prioritization
• Coordinate Series B fundraising including diligence and investor communication

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience
• Investment banking experience (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, or equivalent)
• Post-banking operating experience (Chief of Staff, BizOps, Growth, or founding team)
• Background in Financial Services or B2B environments
