You will oversee daily margin and collateral management, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance risk operations at a modern financial services firm.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in financial instruments, collateral management, and relevant regulations
• Experience with end-to-end front-to-back office trading and clearing processes
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Legal, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily margin calculation, issuance, and settlement
• Oversee collateral management including eligibility, optimization, and allocation
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Reg T, FINRA 4210, CFTC, SEC 18a-3
• Contribute to risk framework and technology roadmap development
• Serve as key contact for regulatory exams and audits
