💼 About This Role

You'll join Extreme Networks to help grow the Extreme Academy program, giving colleges and universities access to networking training and certifications. You'll work with real stakeholders across universities, sales, and training teams, building practical experience and helping students gain industry-ready skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to university enquiries and explain onboarding steps for Extreme Academy
• Support Sales team with bid responses involving Extreme Academy
• Gather feedback from existing academies and coordinate improvements with Training team
• Assist Channel team in analyzing partner skills gaps and developing training initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in networking technology
• Clear, friendly communication skills
• Organized and reliable with ability to track enquiries and follow up
